Help, I’ve been searching everywhere (on-line and at movie rental places) for years for this movie. My sister and I remember my parents taking us to see this movie in a theatre sometime around the early-mid 1970’s. Not really age appropriate for us since we were about 15 and it was definitely not PG! A foreign movie, color, maybe subtitled, sex (an affair between a woman and a doctor?) and murder, lots of snow and the lovers go on a sleigh ride. NOT Dr. Zhivago but feels kinda similar. Could’ve been french-canadian or russian or german. Sorry that’s all I can remember. Help me so I don’t have to spend the rest of my life wondering!
