Main Character is a 16-Year-Old Spy

His name might have been “Cody”

Goes to a special camp for spies which is disguised as “Camp Woody”

Features Exploding Mentos

Possibly took place in London in a scene

Either an American or Canadian Production judging by the accents I remember, but could also possibly be British

Any ideas for what this might be would be great!
