european anthology movie. modern, released in the last 10 years likely. want to say POSSIBLY french or spanish..watched subtitled.  in, i beleieve, the first scene, “wealthy” man, driving a nice car. comes across an average working Joe…the two of them somehow end up embroiled in a huge argument near a bridge, after car break down. one, or both, cars end up in the water somehow. theyb end up in a tricky situation to try to keep both of them alive… this was only one story out of the anthology.
