Anyone tell the name of the movie

It has the main who wears a jacket which can make him go invisible but it fails when he’s inside and he says lets just pretend you cant see me.

He saves the main chick from bomb in her house.

The main chick’s sister is some computer genius

It also has the song thats the way (i like it)

A bad guy with a staff with a finger(its white in color) on it and he wants to i think upload the human conscience to the internet(or something close to it)

The bad guys are a group of punks.
