Very grim dystopian future. There’s a deadly incurable disease. The government is marking the infected somehow and locking them up in a hospital or section of the city. The main characters are some kind of freedom fighters. The main male lead is a black man. He is infected and locked up. His girlfriend breaks in and has sex with him, but has to leave him behind because he’s been marked. I think it was a TV movie or TV mini-series. It was aired in the late 1980s or early 1990s. It was in color. I saw it in America. It’s in English.
