cant remember alot about this movie…. i was born in 1982 and i was pretty young … what i remember is there a little kid or 2 who live close to a pond or lake…. and they swim to the bottom and come out in a new place … there is a house and inside there are 2 kids… that kinda remind me of the garbage pail kids…. they are short and wide body and face really creepy from what i remember
