This is really vague but does anyone remember a movie where there’s a scene with a little kid or something and they say “Si Mama” in a really deep voice.
In my head it’s a kids film, maybe animated, and the scene is really funny (to me anyway).

A long shot, but an episode of “Family Guy” has a scene like that. It is the season 8, episode 11 named: “Dial Meg for Murder”
