I saw this projected on the wall of a club. seemed to be from the 70’s, i think. it was in colour but the audio was muted.

a doctor operates/cuts open women/men on operating tables in a big shiny lab in what appears to be a castle of sorts. the doctor also had a not-so-smart assistant (think frankenstein/igor) and an old maid dressed in grey, who later gets killed by the assistant for refusing his advances.
