So I remember watching this on TV as a kid and it depressed the hell out of me. Could have been a theatrically released film, a made-for-tv movie, or even an episode of something,  no idea. Plot is essentially this: A kid moves into a new apartment complex (with mom? Dad? Foster parents? don’t remember). He’s lonely. Makes friends with several of the other occupants, but something bad happens to each of them. One is a blonde girl with glasses who ends up being epileptic, has a bad seizure and her mom moves them away. Another is a teenaged boy, a delinquent who ends up getting arrested. The third friend (only other one I remember) was an old guy. The kid ends up finding him dead in his bathroom with his wrists slit. Like I said, depressing… but I’m desperate to know what this was. No name actors that I can remember.
