Hey!

I remember I watched this movie in the middle of the night some time ago and it’s been bugging me. I remember most details but can’t seem to find it (my googling skills are super bad).

At the start the male main character blows up a truck then kills the driver after wrapping a plastic bag around his head. That main character is later revealed to be a criminal who has some power although being quite young. Later in the movie he mets a singer. She sings in a mother daughter duo where her mother is constantly pushing her down although she can sing beautifully.

At the end, (spoiler alert), the guy goes back to doing criminal acts and the girl goes back home in tears where her mother slaps her and tells get somethings on the lines, ‘I told you so.’
