Hi, thanks!  Looking for a movie I saw on the IFC channel in around 2002.  The movie was made in around 1996 or 98 and was subtitled. I think language was something like Swedish, but could have been French. It took place in a very snowy place and  was about a cop in a small office chasing a serial killer who either liked angels, though he was one or posed the victims like angels, don’t remember. It was NOT Insomnia or The Killing Jar, but similar.  Any help is fantastic, this has bothered me for sooo long!!  It was a good movie, thought they would have run it again by now! Best….
