This was one of those comedy films that paired two famous funny guys…could have been Jack Lemmon, Donald O’Connor, Jerry Lewis, Danny Kaye, Bob Hope, etc.  It must’ve been in color, but I’m not sure about that.  The only scene I remember is one where these two funny guys think they are drowning in the basement of the Statue of Liberty.  I think they may have been drunk because the audience knows that they are actually somewhere else.
