The movie was in English, I remember a weird army of like dinosaurs or monsters or something attacking a Chinese/Japanese ancient city. The city git destroyed but a girl or boy made it out and time traveled to the modern day with some item that the evil army was trying to get. The person with the item travels to someone kind of American city where some guy helps them. The evil army goes after the person into the future and the American soldier fight against this army that has flying creatures and big tank like creatures. I remember soldiers on the roof shooting down on the monster type creatures on the road. Ask any question and I might remember some more details.
