Looking for a cartoon I remember seeing.  I remember seeing this sometime in the 90’s Might be later. might be earlier. But this girl with red hair that is a Ghostbuster,  She had a tree fort and used that as her base with her friends. She also wore a domino mask and turned her coat inside out when she was on a job.  There was this inventor who made sure she had whatever gadget she needed for the job. Somehow he knew the gadget she needed before she asked.  Some of the ghosts were actual puppets.  I know this is not Sony’s Ghostbusters/Extreme Ghostbusters.  Or the Filmation Ghostbusters. Any help would be great.
