I remeber one time I watch a movie it came on tv with in the early 2000’s

it is not Wrong turn.

I remember a couple and two other people were going on a road trip. The girls didn’t like each other. When the car stopped in the middle of the woods I  remember the guy that was in the relationship took a walk with the other girl (not his girlfriend) and they ended up hooking up in the woods.

Does anyone know this movie?
