Canadian short spy film

This was a Canadian film, possibly National Film Board but not definitely.

It was a short, ten to twenty minutes, and probably produced between 2015-18.

I have seen it twice on Air Canada flights. It’s in English and French (with one scene in sign language).

I have tried several online searches but none of my keywords get anything close. Maybe they don’t include short films.

A man is at home with a child. He finds a recording device in the child’s teddy bear. He turns the doormat backwards to signal trouble to his wife. When she gets home they have an innocent spoken conversation while simultaneously talking in sign language about what he found. That night they go out and the ‘baby sitter’ (another spy) searches the house and finds a camera. They family flees but the sitter gets shot by unknown people.

Thank you.
