A long time ago, I think the early 2000s or the late 90s I remember seeing a clip from either a british or American tv show/mini series or film where a man is tied up and gets electrocuted on power lines or above railway tracks.

I think it was at the beginning either before or after the credits but I’ve never been able to shed any light on what it might be. I have tried multiple searches but nothing has turned up.

Does anyone have an idea?
