I saw this movie on cable years ago. Here’s what I remember  This woman who I believe was vice president of a bank, is being watched by a “crooked”cop who I think tapped her office. The cop follows her to her apartment knocks on the door. I forget if she came home from a date or if she was on her way to a date. She asks who it is the man replied he was a cop.  (forgive my bluntness.) She opens the door and the cop rapes her. He then proceeds to tell her that a business man is coming to her office tomorrow. He wants to open a shoe store. (I think it’s a woman’s shoe store.) In reality he is supposed to be a drug dealer or smuggler.  Also I think he’s supposed to be from Asia. He then proceeds to give his card to the girl. He tells her to call his boss if she so wants after he leaves. Once he leaves the woman calls. The cop’s boss is in the office looking at a computer moniter. I think the boss was African American.  She tells his boss what happens. The boss proceeds to ask her personal questions.  He says something in the tune of that they could prosecute her for prostitution.  This upsets her greatly.  She meets the guy and his secretary also female.  He leaves them to hash everything.  They fall in love. She befriends the drug dealer.
