Hi. The movie scene I remember is from probably 90’s, color, action movie, one good guy (or a minor possibility, a few good ones) defeats all bad guys at the end and saves the girl.

at one scene, bad guy kidnaps (or captures) the tanned skin girl and bound her from her hands and feet, each to corners of rectangle-shaped elevated bed-like floor made of stone/rock, at the center of an underground hexagonal room, with grayish tones at floor and walls, possibly the base of bad guy. girl was wearing above-knee skirt,  shirt, has black hair.

bad guy, with his knife, threats the girl and cut some of his clothes, opening her shirt for example. but before any nudity scene occurs, good guy comes and beats bad guy, saves the girl, they get out of the underground-like building. this is only 2-4 minutes of the film, possibly in the last 15-20 minutes.
