So there is this movie that had to have been from between 83-88 maybe (Probably the earlier option). So from what I can remember there is a guy that is either investigating or maybe is a doctor himself who meets this lady and a bunch of other people and I believe like this evil doctor character. Well he is at this house with a group of people and after he was just kissing all over this lady (they may have even had sex) she starts to freak out and they all carry her to a tub filling it with water. I remember her yelling John! John! the whole time and then she starts developing like fish gills on her neck. She dies, and then if I remember correctly there is like a monster arm that comes through a hole in the wall of the tub. There may have even been a cell in like a cave below the house that had other “experiments” in it and I think the people that were being worked on had to keep getting these injections or they would die or something. Anyway that’s it, I hope someone knows this dang movie.
