I remember this movie I watched, It was a sci fi movie. It was about this island, multiple clans of people, some samurai, some random people, and these southern guys  on a steam ferry. This boat was going after a blimp in the sky that was trying to complete something. There were also people frozen in some kind of sci fi stuff and they’d be released into the world. It’s not  The Island with Ewan McGregor.
