Ok, so I’m going nuts trying to remember this movie I saw years ago, I know I saw it on television, possibly a made for TV movie. It was in English, probably American. It was about a little girl, maybe 10 or 11, that had befriended either a convict or some sort of bad guy. Her parents knew and didn’t like it. I believe there is a carnival involved, I know at some point someone finds the little girl near some sort of ride I think, I remember she had been drugged or unconscious when they found her. Also, the friend was involved in something and was abducted and held in a warehouse where two guys were trying to drug him. This description is a mess, but it’s all I can remember and it’s making me crazy!
