I watched this movie in the 1980’s, probably 1988. It was in color but not really good color so I suspect it was an older movie. It was in English and I saw it on TV.

A man released from prison killed people and made sausage. He then sold in on the street, like a hot dog cart. He got very popular until he was asked to cater to a fancy restaurant. His downfall was falling in love with one of his would be victims. She got loose and threw jewelry into the sausage machine and the restaurant showed people pulling the jewelry out of there mouths. This movie made me never want to eat sausage again.
