The only thing I can remember of this movie is of a character crying. He has a shaved head, he’s young, possibly in the military, glasses and looks somewhat creepy. He is crying or just very upset. Possible serial killer or someone that accidentally kills someone and feels bad. I know it’s not a lot to go on, but I can only picture his face and remember the feeling I had watching this scene.
