I can’t find this movie (maybe it was an episode from a TV series).
I watched it no later than 2006.
I remember such plot points:

The boy was bullied at school, but he put up with it.
But then a girl invited him to a farm shed.(maybe a stable.)
She undressed him and tied him up in some way, and then started taking photos of him naked to make fun of him and then show them to others.
When the guy found out about it, he ran away from home.
The police arrive to search for him.
Eventually, the police sit in his friend’s house, and the friend confesses that he knows where he is.
The police are on their way to this place. Upon arrival, it turns out that the guy tried to hang himself, and they stopped him.
