The guy was wearing a black robe or cloak.He had a pale or white face with all black eyes,no white at all.He killed I think at a college,young people with I think a scythe.The title of the movie may have had the word”night” or “midnight” in it.I saw this movie on cable back in 1991-1993.Not sure if the guy escaped from prison or if he was the grim reaper but he was after this girl but killed people that happened to be around.
