I saw this movie in the early 90’s. We rented it on vhs. The movie was in color. It was about a group of people trapped underground in a cement and metal place. There is a man with long hair that eats brains and he is chasing them through the facility. he can sense through the walls if they touch the wall. One scene he had someone face to face and he opened his mouth and his tongue came out and killed the person. He is a very strong man/mutant. At the end you think he is dead but then his hand twitches and the credits start to roll. I’m not positive but I think they cut someone’s hand off to escape the facility and it blew up. The end scene where his hand twitches is in the desert.
