I cannot remember the name of the movie, please help me!

1)There are two brothers in the movie and one of them represents devil and other one represents Messiah or something else. Devil one try to collect all nations under one flag. At the and these two brothers fight.

2)Also there is a woman. Most probably she is a scientist and her mother is religionist.

3) The last think I remember, there is a pregnant woman and scientist woman and she try to reach Chichen itza. Movie ends with a versicle of Bible and an image of heaven.
