I’m trying to find the name of a film.

I only remember one specific scene: A man is sitting shirtless, leaning against a wall, smoking a cigarette. There’s a woman lying on the bed next to him (possibly after sex), and her bare feet are up against the wall. At one point, he puts the cigarette between her toes, almost playfully or symbolically. 

The film might be European—possibly Italian or Spanish. I’m not sure if it was black and white or just had a muted color palette. It felt like an older or retro film, maybe from the ’70s, ’80s, or early ’90s.
