A group of young women (sorority sisters, maybe) staying together are killed one by one. The main character is seen ice skating on a frozen lake, with music from a record player coming from the shore. If I’m remembering correctly, you keep expecting her to be stalked as well, but she turns out to be the killer.

Kids mystery movie from the mid 2000s
It was about a young girl who her family moves to a whole new town and house, and it’s a 2 story house and the girl finds out there was a murder there, and she also finds a small hidden room, and I think the mom was single, and the girl was white and I think she bad a brother or two I remember one scene in the where she was outside looking at the house , and a women was being killed in the window and they had old music playing.
