It came on Chiller around 2008-2011. I’m pretty sure it was a low budget horror movie. From what I remember the plot was about these young actors auditioning for a film. It later turns out the director and crew are killing them for their own movie.

I remember two scenes one is where a guy wakes up tied down to a bed. Soon after a girl comes up to him and cuts his penis off. Another scene is a girl picks up a landline phone and a nail pops out and stabs her in the ear.
