I remember when I was a little kid in the late 80s early 90s around the holidays and an old cartoon came on. The cartoon was probably from the 30s or 40s, (but might have been a 50s or 60s) about a TOY SHOP OWNER locking up the place at night and the toys all coming to life. I believe the beginning, featuring the old Shop Owner was in song or poem-narration.
