I sadly don’t remember when I watched this movie. Just that I was young, maybe around 7, so that would be 1998.. Maybe.

I remember it was the haunting of a huge house, maybe mansion. The ghost was of a knight.. I think a family moved into the house/mansion, two parents and a little girl. The little girl only sees the ghost.. He tries getting them to leave at first, I remember the ghost trying to scare the parents. He chases them with something down a bunch of stairs to a room with a black and white checkered floor…

I also remember one part, he scared a maid away who was trying to dust things..

The girl helps the ghost throughout the movie, I think trying to get him to move on.. The ending is of the little girl putting a bouquet of dandelions on his grave.
