I saw this movie on TV in the late 80’s early 90’s. I think it goes this way.  The wife kills the husband who owns a bar/restaurant, has the lover help get rid of body, but the husband & the lover double cross the wife, & then it gets confusing from there.  The name was something like Red Blood Red, maybe not those exact words.  It was very intense up to the very end & who didn’t know who was double crossing who.  I remember that they lived in a two story house & one of them was shot in the house.  Movie was set in maybe the late 70’s early 80’s.
