I remember a TV movie sometime in the 1970-1974 range. I saw it when I was very young. A red haired woman is run off the road and killed by her husband. A police woman replaces the wife and everyone but the husband acts like it’s his wife. He finally goes to the crash site to confirm she is dead and they are able to arrest him for her murder.  Someone please tell me what this is?
