Hi Guys! My google skills are failing me at this.

I’m looking for an indie horror film, probably American from somewhere 2010 on. It’s a friends-go-camping horror film where mysterious sounds cause the friends to go deaf, have vertigo, and I think go crazy and kill each other. I seem to remember a super disappointing ending where it was aliens or something? However, the creepy sound aspect of the film was super rad, hence me wanting to find it again!

this movie is in color, in English and i watched it between 2009-1011. I don’t remember much but somewhere in the beginning there’s this young Asian boy who maybe does martial arts?? Something happens and his head gets shaved (bald) and he is thrown in a bamboo cage. He doesn’t eat or drink anything. At night when no one is looking, a young Asian girl brings the boy water and gives it to him through a straw from her mouth. His lips are very dry. I watched it this with my parents when I was younger but I just can’t remember what movie it was. Can anyone help???
