Most memorable scene: she makes a costume for one of her first “big” competitions and puts real goldfish in the breast part of the swimsuit!

She looks similar to Kathy Nijimy (circa sister act) but I’ve scoured hers and Pam Cooks filmography and can’t seem to find the movie?

The movie is 90s/00s, comedy/chick flick.

I know she was from a relatively small town and I think a housewife? She wants to become a model but can’t because she’s plussize. She decides to say I don’t care to the haters and enters a beauty pagebpa, she does get quite far as audience love her realness.

That’s all I remember it’s driving me CRAZY.
