I saw this movies possibly in the late 90’s, it’s American made and was on a movie channel. I can’t remember cast but it was about a detective and a woman trying to solve a murder at a hotel and they were going over all of their suspects. One of them had psoriasis, one testicle, and I think a prosthetic. It wasn’t a serious crime/thriller movie. All I can remember was it looked like the hotel was on a beach and it looked like it took place in the 70’s maybe 80’s. Please help!
