I think I watched this on Showtime Beyond (movie channel) in 2015, maybe? Okay, so, this movie is set like a flashback. It opens with this woman in a wheelchair, wearing a mask, who is being interviewed because she is the only survivor of this laboratory accident. The movie then goes into how (I think) she was a scientist? And I think they were experimenting with reanimation of people. A specific scene was there was this security guard, and a woman who was having her eggs removed after they were fertilized, and she cries to the security guard because the last one the scientists took was their baby. There’s a man that gets reanimated and he goes on a killing spree? I think that security guard dies? And at the very end of the killing, the woman being interviewed gets her face cut off with a scalpel, and after the interviewers leave, she takes off the mask and the viewer sees her no-face face. I really can’t remember who’s in it, a single character’s name, and this is driving me crazy. Please help!
