I am trying to find the name of a movie from the 1980’s. I cannot recall the name.  Help!!!  The boy is swimming in a pool and he is grabbed from under the water, pulled down and is ankle is handcuffed to the drain.  He can see above and his hand can reach the surface but he can’t. Any ideas?
