Hi all. Any help would be awesome.

1st film. I don’t remember much about it so bare with me and sorry for any mistakes. I think it was set in roughly late 80’s early 90’s. In an apartment mother, father and young daughter. The only scene I remember is the young girl being dragged by a scary old man through a portal/hole in the floor.

2nd movie is worse all I remember is I think it’s set in the 80s with a robot drilling in to a man’s stomach!. That’s all for that sorry. ?
