Looking for this movie for a friend. He watched it when he was little so back in 1985/86. It was on T.V. so must have been a couple of years oh, so say late 70’s early 80’s release.

All he can remember is the end seen in which a man in a red blazer shot a guy in a white blazer … in what he remember as a Car park with trees/.. they’d had some sort of argument. There was classical music played through the end scene. Action film.

Not much to go on im afraid, Any suggestions?
