So i am searching for this color English movie with a raw diamond. The museum hires a thief to check there security system and the police officer disagree. Then the thief disguises as the man who is going to cut the diamond so he can steal it! He also fall in love with the librarian girl and flirt with her as a thief and as the man he disguised into. In the end he takes the diamond but the police officer was the one who asked it and he gave it to him but it was the fake one.

I am looking for a movie i saw once i think in 2000 give or take. I saw it on TV but i think is a movie because it was more than an hour. It was an English color movie. The plot was about a teenager who went on a school trip and discover an ancient egg in a cave, then when he went home he clean it and put it in his electric blanket and the egg hatched and a baby dragon came out. Then the boy grew up the baby dragon. I remember the movie ended with the dragon open his wings and fly away because some people run after him to make him another pet in the zoo.
