So I saw this on TV, about 4-5 years ago as of writing this (2017), it was in color and in English. The only scene I remember is this old school bully goes to someone’s house he used to bully, and the bullied person was a nerdy dwarf. When he saw his old bully, he started yelling and panicking, and he retreated into this cardboard box fort he made, and was making some references to a movie (seemed like Lord of the Rings but I’m not sure). Then after some time the old school bully tells him he was sorry for what he did.
