I’ve seen this movie a long time ago, in 90s but it can be even older. There was this early teen girl trying to change her self to be more presentable and wears a flower in her hair in the school but and hot laughed at. Her mother was talking about sending her to a boarding school with a swimming pool at the hair dresser but she have no idea whether her daughter can swim. Then I remember about a same age guy trying to make a play house and he’s sort of intetested in her. I’m not exactly sure the order of the events but really hope some one remember the name of the movie.
