I once saw a movie that has stayed with me for years but I dont remember the name of it. It’s about a middle aged couple who has lost their way in the relationship. She sews some pants for another man who she later moves in his apartment. I think the dialogue is ad libbed. The man she left later dies.
I saw a european movie about 10 yyrs ago in which there was no script and the actors made up their lines as they went. It was about an older retired couple who lived in an apartment and had grown apart. The wife did some sewing for a gentleman and she ended up going to his apartment and leaving her husband. I later read that the man who played the husband had died as he did in the movie. The movie was so emotionally honest that it just stayed with me for years.
There was a movie in the 1940’s where Betty Grable says ” I know Harry James when I hear it”. It was a reference to her marriage to Harry James. I can’t remember the name of the movie or the exact year.
I recall a scene or two from a black and white movie in which an insane mother tortures her young daughter by giving her laxatives and enemas and ties her to a chandalier. I believe it was from the 1980’s.
