This is a Korean horror movie and it was for sure released between 2000-2011. The main character being a girl.

It starts with a group of hospital interns/newbies that begin to get killed off one by one.

At one point, there’s a couple doing it and the monster/ghost/killer thing is in the same room with them about to kill them.

Another scene is one of the interns admitting he cheated to get into the program.

At the end, the main character discovers their boss/head doctor has organs in glass vials in a secret room in his closet?? And then some scene where a heart transplant was performed to keep her alive.
