As in title, I’m looking for a comedy movie where main charater constanlty lying and he is giving police false description of made up criminal. This made up description includes hook hand, orange hair and some other features (i have in mind black albino or Scotsman, but not 100% sure). Later in a movie police found a guy who resebles this absurd made up description. Any ideas?
