A movie I saw on tv, it was a cartoon movie, by the style of the cartoon probably 70s or early 80s, with rock/pop music.

I remember a scene where the girl, I think she was blond, is inside a block of ice. When the block melts an American marine guy or something similar.

I seem to remember that Cher used it as part of the backdrop of one of her latests tours.
