This one has been haunting me ever since I saw it when I was +/- 10 (1997). It was an action movie or a thriller with a gang of killers. I remember one having long blonde hair. Two of the murders I remember: one is where a rich guy gets murdered in his own swimming pool, another is at the end of the movie when an African official arrives at an airport and is stabbed with a big tooth that he wears as a necklace. These are specific enough that I would expect google to be able to help me out, but alas. Anyone? 🙂
